Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in neonatal care within a hospital or clinical setting
• Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday)
• Working schedule: 4 days/week including weekends and Public Holidays
• Certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) would be a plus
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the neonatal care unit
• Monitor and provide care for newborns
• Educate mothers on breastfeeding techniques
• Provide guidance on newborn bathing
• Respond promptly to neonatal emergencies
