Job Description
This role is under Supply Chain Center, Regional Fulfillment Solutions Division, the
candidate will work closely with business teams on supply chain planning, inventory
management, P&L management and process improvement.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, process
engineering, and supply chain management.
Job Responsibilities
Data Analysis
● Perform data collection and analysis on warehouse & logistics expenses,
fulfillment capabilities, inventory holding, etc. for the insights driving improvement
initiatives to meet business objectives
● Assist in consolidating and reviewing key operational performances and
generating periodic performance reports for business review
● Manage KPI creation, monitoring and controlling
● Troubleshoot with stakeholders for any inaccurate and/or incomplete KPI
performance data
● Lead cost effective analysis to support business related decision making
Supply Chain Planning
● Working closely with KAMs to manage the fulfillment forecast (inbound,
outbound, inventory) planning, tracking, and variance analyzing for better cost
efficiency
● Liaising with 3PL WHs on operational planning ensuring the information and
resources are in place for the committed service delivery
● Liaising with agencies for operational manpower planning and supplying for
on-time accomplishments of fulfillment activities and project implementations
● Evaluate business needs vs fulfillment capabilities, initiating necessary actions to
develop fulfillment scalability and flexibility for business growth
● Responsible for budget planning, tracking and reporting
● In charge of monthly accrual estimation and billing processing for on-time
submission and closure
Process & SOP
● Support performance improvement by standard SOP analysis, enhancement and
documentation
● Spearhead improvement projects, from process gap identification to solution
design and implementation, as well as operational change management● Drive 3PL in warehouse and logistics activities to achieve consistent and
high-level productivity and performance, creating value for internal and external
stakeholders
● Support the monitoring and analysis of performance data such as KPI and
productivity reports, as well as financial data such as billing reports and account
P&L
● Lead the best practices sharing and implementations across regions
Requirements:
● Degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operation Research,
Supply Chain Management or other relevant disciplines
● At least 5 years of working experience in data analysis, and experience in
ecommerce, supply chain, or logistics is a plus
● Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
● Excellent command of Excel and Google Sheets
● Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python or R
● Knowledge of OMS, WMS, PMS would be an advantage
● Self-motivated and results-oriented with the tenacity to perform in a fast-paced
environment
● Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), able to speak
Chinese would be a plus
● Based in residential country, able to travel around the regions (SEA & CN)
