Job Description

A senior leader managing sales strategy, teams, and revenue growth for a specific geographic area, responsible for setting quotas, building client relationships, developing local strategies, and overseeing sales operations to achieve company targets.They bridge executive goals with on-the-ground execution, leading sales managers and driving market penetration within their territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, set regional targets, and manage distribution.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate regional sales teams and managers.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive profitability, market share, and client satisfaction within the region.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain key client relationships, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze market trends, use CRM tools, and track performance to meet goals.
