Job Description

• Oversee and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards across multiple facilities in Asia, ensuring alignment with international standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 13485
• Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures across regional operations
• Drive quality improvement initiatives through cross-functional collaboration, focusing on operational excellence and measurable outcomes
• Lead audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide training and support to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Analyse quality data and generate reports to monitor performance metrics
• Manage relationships with suppliers to uphold quality expectations
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and certifications

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related quality discipline
• Experience in a senior quality management role within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in industries governed by ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485 standards is essential
• Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification
• Lead Auditor certification is an advantage
• Demonstrated experience in implementing operational excellence initiatives
• Strong leadership, project management, analytical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to work flexibly and travel across regional sites at short notice
• Regional exposure across APAC will be beneficial, as the role involves collaboration with multiple facilities and stakeholders across the region
