Our client is an established MNC with over 20 years of experience who is a market leader within their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced Head of Program / Project Management to join their team. 

About the job

Lead a high-profile regional Oracle Cloud  digital transformation, spearheading the migration  to a unified cloud environment across multiple international sites.

Direct the full program lifecycle from initial planning and vendor management through to hypercare, ensuring a seamless transition with zero disruption to 24/7 operations.

Oversee complex technical workstreams, including data migration (ETL), multi-system integration (POS, CRM and etc), and rigorous performance testing.

Govern program finances and resources, managing substantial budgets and coordinating between internal teams, global delivery partners, and third-party integrators.

Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define success metrics and ensure the program meets regulatory, security, and compliance standards.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of experience in program / Project management. Proven track record in Oracle cloud migration is required for this role. 

PMP certification or direct team management experience  will be of added advantage.
