Key Responsibilities

• Support regional leaders with day-to-day HR and light HRBP across Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regional recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

• Manage and guide HR teams in each country.

• Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits, and vendors.

• Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and HRIS.

• Support employee engagement.
