Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Regional Finance Leadership

• Lead financial consolidation across APAC and manage group financial audits.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, FX translation, and group‑level adjustments.
• Manage daily finance operations (AP, AR, GL, tax) and ensure timely month‑end close.

Team & Process Excellence

• Mentor offshore finance team members and support their professional development.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support ERP migration projects and drive standardisation across markets.

Strategic & Cross‑Functional Support

• Manage regional tax compliance (corporate income tax & GST).
• Support new market entry through financial/regulatory research and setup planning.
• Resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvements through automation and process optimisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant qualifications, such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• More than 8 years of progressive experience in group finance, consolidation, and financial operations.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of regional tax and statutory reporting.
• Experience with financial controls and ERP implementations (preferred).
• Highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
