Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems, including refrigerators, and some others prism products
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant related problems
• Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, and fans
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
• Conduct system tests to verify performance, temperature control, and refrigerant levels
• Calibrate temperature controls, thermostats, and pressure switches as needed
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards for handling refrigerants and electrical systems
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Stay updated with advancements in refrigeration technology, industry trends, and best practices
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects and assignments
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/or manager

Requirements:

• Min O-Level or equivalent. Relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus
• Min 2 years’ experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and components
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Possess Class 3 License would be an added advantage.
