Job Description
The client is a global semiconductor leader, the company designs, develops, manufactures, and delivers a broad range of semiconductor products used across many industries. Below position is open urgently.
- Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Employment Type: 12-month contract (renewable)
- Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
About the Role
This role is pivotal in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including intern hiring, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. You’ll help shape the candidate experience from the first point of contact, ensuring every applicant feels valued, informed, and excited about joining our organization.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding, using in-house talent acquisition systems such as Oracle, EightFolds, and ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Screen resumes to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
- Support hiring managers in candidate selection and extend job offers to successful applicants.
- Initiate the onboarding process via ServiceNow and conduct First Day New Hire orientation to facilitate a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring effectiveness and timelines
- Organize and support campus recruitment drives, career fairs, workshops, and other campus engagement activities to strengthen employer branding and attract talents.
- Participate in and contribute to ongoing improvements in hiring and onboarding processes by integrating feedback from internal and external stakeholders and adopting industry best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree from accredited institutions
- At least one year of experience in talent acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Video editing skills and photography skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
