Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities. The role will be responsible for driving hiring strategies, partnering with business stakeholders, managing recruitment operations, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality talent across technical and non-technical functions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, possesses strong stakeholder management skills, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
* Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for research and engineering positions.
* Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and external talent channels.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
* Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment reports and market insights to stakeholders.
* Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment activities, and recruitment events.
* Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
* Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and optimize hiring processes.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within technology, R&D, or multinational environments.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiar with recruitment systems and sourcing platforms.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
