Job Description:

• Engage in candidate sourcing activities to ensure a consistent supply of database to meet with client's needs.
• Conduct pre-screening through phone calls, virtual or in-person.
• Recommend suitable candidates to job orders and coordinate interview arrangements.
• Manage candidates' job expectations, their payroll and employment contract.
• Resolve day-to-day issue that arises; Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. A Level / Diploma
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess enthusiasm, takes initiative at work
