In Malysia and Singapore, we are hiringto both 270 and 360 structures, (Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, ManagementConsultant, Team Leaders) to grow Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines,and Indonesia markets.

For the next 5-10 years, and beyind, wewill promote top performers and offer both domestic and overseas leadershippositions.

Job Description:

·       Expand the number of activecustomers.

·       Manage end-to-end recruitmentprocess: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.

·       Source talent using jobportals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.

·       Conduct detailed candidateassessments to ensure job and cultural fit.

·       Build teams, or buildexceptional personal branding as an independent principal consultant.

Client Management & BusinessDevelopment:

·       Develop and maintain strongclient relationships by understanding hiring needs and providing consultativesolutions.

·       Generate new businessopportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

·       Manage key global accounts,ensuring timely delivery and service excellence.

·       Develop “share of wallet”strategies enabling clients to access our full ranger of services that you willmanage.

Candidate Engagement:

·       Build and maintain a robustcandidate pipeline across industries.

·       Provide career guidance,interview preparation, and market insights for candidates.

·       Ensure high standards ofcandidate care and long-term relationship building.

Market Insights & Advisory:

·       Provide clients with marketintelligence and recruitment strategy feedback.

·       Share insights with internalteams to improve service delivery and encourage teamwork.

Requirements:

·       Min 3 Years of Experience inRecruitment or Staffing industry. (270 or 360 capacity).

·       Enthusiastic to build bothexceptional corporate and personal brand.

·       Effective communication and peopleskills

·       Proven Sales Record and SalesDriven Mindset.

·       Cheerful Outlook

·       Goal-orientated, self-managing,initiative-taking.
