Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Use headhunting techniques to approach passive candidates not actively seeking new opportunities
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Provide guidance to candidates on resume writing, interview techniques, and career development
• Write and post job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing through to job placement
• Arrange interviews between clients and candidates, preparing both parties thoroughly
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database
• Participate in job fairs and career events to build talent pipelines and brand presence

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Excellent people skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Genuine passion for talent development and recruitment
