📍 Location: Chinatown Point, Singapore

We’re expanding and looking for a hands-on Recruiter who thrives in high-volume, blue-collar hiring and can move fast on the ground.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Source and place candidates for blue-collar / frontline roles (e.g. production, warehouse, F&B, operations)
Post and optimise job ads across MCF, FastJobs, JobStreet, social platforms
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates efficiently (walk-ins / WhatsApp / calls)
Manage high-volume pipelines and ensure fast turnaround for clients
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placements
Maintain accurate tracking of candidates using Excel
Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates

👷 What We’re Looking For

CEI Certified (Basic / KAH)
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar / mass hiring
Proven ability to hit KPIs and placement targets
Comfortable handling high-volume roles and fast-paced timelines
Strong communication skills (English; Mandarin is a plus for ground communication)
Independent, resourceful, and execution-driven
