Job Scope

• Recruitment process – coordinating interviews, giving feedback, and ensuring smooth placements.

• Negotiation & advisory – managing offers, salary discussions, and providing market insights.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates.

• Sales-driven mindset with ability to achieve targets and KPIs.

• Good negotiation and influencing skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
