Remote Recruitment Consultant/ Market Expansion Partner (360° Recruitment | Singapore) REMOTE

We’re not hiring a recruiter. We’re hiring someone to build a business.

This is a founding role combining 360°recruitment, business development, and market expansion across Singapore and global markets.

If you have a strong billing track record and think like an owner—not an employee—this role gives you the platform to scale.

What You’ll Do

• Win new clients and grow your own portfolio (full sales cycle)
• Own end-to-end recruitment: pitch → placement
• Headhunt and place top talent across tech, industrial, and finance sectors
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring and market entry
• CEI registration mandatory (For candidates based in Singapore)

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years in 360 recruitment / B2B sales / HR solutions
• Proven ability to win business and close deals
• Strong “hunter” mindset with execution discipline
• Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, or HR (preferred, training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong time management
• Confident in cold calling and business development
• Self-driven, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote setup
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable with autonomy
• All nationality

Salary: Full commission based (High Commission)
