Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to own hiring across our global pharmaceutical manufacturing projects—translating business demand into effective closures across regions. You will work closely with delivery and business teams to build strong pipelines, secure the right talent on time, and drive local market hiring, while also handling niche and hard-to-fill roles.

Role: Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences / Pharma Manufacturing

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across global requirements, from understanding demand to onboarding candidates.
• Work closely with internal teams to align hiring with project timelines and business priorities.
• Build strong pipelines by actively mapping the market and engaging with relevant talent.
• Handle niche and specialised hiring requirements through targeted sourcing and focused talent engagement.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines across regions in line with local market dynamics
• Manage the full candidate journey, ensuring smooth coordination from initial discussions to offer closure and onboarding.
• Adapt the hiring approach based on region, role complexity, and urgency.
• Use ATS and CRM tools effectively to track progress and maintain visibility across pipelines.
• Continuously improve hiring outcomes — better quality, faster turnaround, and stronger conversion rates

 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, with end-to-end hiring ownership
• Prior experience hiring within life sciences or pharmaceutical manufacturing is mandatory
• Proven experience in handling niche, hard-to-fill, or specialised roles through targeted sourcing approaches
• Good understanding of how hiring works across different countries, including local regulations and practices
• Comfortable working with ATS and CRM tools for managing hiring workflows
• Strong sourcing capability, with the ability to go beyond job portals and build direct talent pipelines
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
