JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Use headhunting techniques to approach passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the client
• Provide guidance to candidates on their resumes, interview techniques, and career development
• Write and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to job placement
• Arrange interviews between clients and candidates, preparing both parties for the interview process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database
• Participate in job fairs and career events

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Passion for talent development and recruitment
