We're Hiring: 360 Recruitment Consultant

We're a growing boutique recruitment consultancy specializing in mid- to senior-level placements across multiple industries in Singapore and the region. As we continue to expand, we're looking for driven, entrepreneurial recruiters who are excited to grow with us.

What You'll Do

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients.

• Building strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Sourcing, interviewing and assessing high-quality talent.

• Managing the recruitment process from job briefing through to offer acceptance.

• Providing market insights and consultative hiring advice.

• Delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of agency recruitment experience is preferred.

• Candidates without recruitment experience but who demonstrate a strong learning attitude and genuine interest in the industry are also welcome to apply.

• Proven ability in business development and full-cycle recruitment is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, resilient and commercially minded.

• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
