Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from winning new clients and understanding their hiring needs to sourcing, screening, and placing suitable candidates. This role combines sales, relationship management, and talent acquisition, requiring strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience while meeting hiring targets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing to offer negotiation

  • Match candidates to suitable roles and prepare them for interviews

  • Negotiate fees, salaries, and employment terms

  • Maintain accurate records on the recruitment database/ATS

  • Meet or exceed individual and team recruitment targets

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role (agency experience is an advantage)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Confidence in building relationships with clients and candidates

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems/ATS

  • High level of professionalism, resilience, and motivation
