Day to day:

• Source and assess candidates in alignment with client requirement
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with both clients and candidates
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates
• Support job postings and proactive candidate outreach

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, HR, Marketing or any related fields.
• Driven, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
