Job Description
Location: Geylang Bahru
Working hour: Monday - Friday (930am - 6pm) Sat (930am - 2pm)
Duties:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating office activities.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Support HR and finance functions with basic administrative duties (e.g., expense claims, staff records).
- Ensure the office is well-organized and runs smoothly on a daily basis.
