What You’ll Be Doing

💼 Admin & Customer Service

• Be the first to greet and guide new students, helping them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Assist with simple payment processing at the counter.
• Direct students to their classrooms and help them get familiar with the school layout.
• Manage attendance by guiding students to sign in, doing headcounts, and keeping records accurate.
• Support students with simple requests such as stationery or printing needs.
• Handle photocopying and printing tasks—especially during peak times—efficiently and confidently.
• Stay one step ahead by planning and organising daily centre operations.
• Answer incoming calls and make reminder calls to students when needed.

🏫 Centre Management

• Keep classrooms in top condition to ensure a comfortable learning environment.
• Monitor and top up office supplies regularly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of classrooms and studio areas.
• Restock the snack bar and essentials like tissues, paper cups, and bin liners to keep the place welcoming.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Comfortable communicating in conversational English and Chinese
✔️ Able to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced, crowd-heavy environment.
✔️ Basic computer literacy for simple data entry and record-keeping.
✔️ Punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Work Arrangement

📍 Location: TAMPINES PLAZA 2
🗓️ Work Days: Includes one weekend
🧘 Off Days: 1 weekend + 1 weekday
