We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere while assisting our talented hairstylists during treatments. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and salon support tasks, helping to ensure smooth daily operations.

We are hiring for Full-Time which requires availability to commit to weekends and public holidays (PH).

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a professional, friendly manner
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings
• Provide general administrative support, including handling customer inquiries and maintaining client records
• Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Handle cash, process payments, and issue receipts
• Assist in maintaining a positive and calm atmosphere in the salon
• Assist with other duties as required to ensure efficient daily operations

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to interact with Chinese speaking customers who can only understand Mandarin.
• Previous experience in a salon or customer service environment is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Passion for the beauty industry and client care
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
