Job Summary
Seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling some administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office coordination.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department to support communication flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and meeting rooms to create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff
- Update calendars and schedule meetings and hotel arrangements accurately to support team planning and travel needs
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries
- Monitor and replenish office supplies including equipment, stationery, and pantry items to ensure availability for daily operations
- Provide basic administrative support (e.g., filing, data entry, document preparation)
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in receptionist, front desk, or customer service roles will be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small team
- Professional, proactive, reliable, with strong communication skills
