Job description:
・Propose and support properties that best match clients’ needs (mainly tenants) with optimal terms and pricing

・Experience in handling commercial real estate properties would be an added advantage

・Research, plan, and arrange property viewing lists for clients

・Support negotiations and provide timely advice on market information, pricing, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and transparent transactions

・Conduct property presentations and marketing activities for prospective tenants and buyers

・Prepare and manage necessary documents and databases, including tenancy agreements, termination notices, statements of accounts, and related paperwork

・Provide customer support for property handover and reinstatement procedures

・Support existing tenants by coordinating repair works, maintenance services, and vendor arrangements

・Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and industry best practices

・Ensure compliance with company policies and CEA regulations

・Prepare and process tenancy agreements, termination notices, and related documents

・Provide consultation and support to clients throughout the move-in and move-out process

・Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company

Job Requirements:
・Possess a valid CEA Salesperson Licence

・Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently

・Possess a valid driving licence and able to drive clients for property viewings

・Strong sales and negotiation skills

・Pleasant, professional, and trustworthy personality

・Proficient in MS Office and Excel

・Candidates fluent in Japanese will have an added advantage
