Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Involvement in local R&D projects focused on decarbonized fuels such as hydrogen and ammonia.
- Lead and support R&D investigations from a sensing technology perspective.
- Drive R&D initiatives with internal and external partners to develop sensing technologies that support advanced control and maintenance in future fuel production.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Work Scheduling: Assign short-term schedules to team members to meet objectives within timelines.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data independently using established tools and methods.
- Client Relationship: Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver high-quality services.
- Document Preparation: Prepare complex documents and compile data for reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in processes and apply change management solutions.
- Solutions & Recommendations: Interpret data, propose solutions, and advise managers on applying procedures.
- Project Support: Assist in project management activities.
- Capability Building: Participate in training, accreditation, and continuous learning to enhance performance.
- Manages Complexity: Analyzes complex issues and identifies root causes.

Qualifications
Education: Degree/Masters/PHD in Engineering/Science.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience with procedures and systems
