Responsibilities:

• Prepare project budgets, investment plans, product costing & monitor project expenses.

• Execute projects according to requirements and liaise with suppliers on defect improvements.

• Lead development of process improvement to enhance in stability, yield & manpower efficiency.

• Document process parameters, flowcharts, quality control plans/tests etc.

• Root cause analysis on defective products, plan DOE to identify failure modes/corrective actions.

• Set up monitoring tests in line with industrial standards & engage suppliersfor improvement plan.

• Participate in new product development and establish product control specifications.

• Conduct DFM studies on new products, corrective measures and monitor the implementation.

• Handle customer complaints and monitor compliance for legal/safety regulations.

• Review processes for safety and environmental issues and initiate corrective improvements.

• Create work instructions and maintenance plans to ensure regular upkeep of systems.

• Lead projects and motivation to cross-departmental team members to ensure project success.

• Degree in Engineering/Science with 3 years relevant experience in optoelectronic/sensor industry.
