The individual will be responsible for the efficient management of resources to maintain and uphold the radio coverage, quality and capacity of Singtel Mobile’s 3G/UMTS, 4G/LTE and 5G/NR cellular networks.

Make an Impact by:

• Perform on site coverage measurement and speed test verification by conducting walk test.
• Perform post processing, analysis and generation of the report.
• Perform site survey and evaluate the site solution.
• Perform site solution benchmarking.
• Support special event.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Skills for Success:

The job requires close inter-working and coordination with different departments in Singtel Mobile and with the external customers and vendors/suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Telecommunications or equivalent with an accredited institution.
• Candidates should be able to perform field-based work, including site visits and on-site testing, as required by the role.
• Well verse in Microsoft Office would be preferred.
• Having programming background is an asset
• Strong knowledge of the UMTS, LTE and 5G radio technology will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skill and ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
