Job Description:

• Collation and preparing tender documents such as verifying tender details, tracking tender documents, drawings and submission requirements, quantity taking off
• Sourcing of materials and preparing cost estimations
• Post tender scopes such as project procurement, issuance PO and vendors certification
• Preparation of project progress claims and submissions and tracking of variation orders

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Min 3 to 5 years of working experience in Commercial ID projects or related field
• Good communication skills (proficiency in writing and speaking) - English
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Team player as well as able to work independently
• Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills will be an advantage
