• Maintain a strong industry network with subcontractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers.
• Stay updated on market price trends and industry developments.
• Oversee ACMV/Electrical tender administration and tendering procedures.
• Develop effective strategies, planning, and control measures for all tendering activities.
• Define the scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks.
• Prepare and follow up on Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely submission of tender costing and technical data.
• Extract Bill of Quantities from ACMV drawings, point schedules, and architectural plans.
• Compile price comparisons, cost summaries, and technical proposals for tender submissions.
• Review addendum and corrigendum documents, updating costing summaries and technical proposals accordingly.
• Organize and maintain relevant documentation in a systematic manner.
• Attend site briefings, meetings, and post-tender interviews as required.
