MNC Main Contractor delivering major LTA Projects, Quantity Surveyor to support cost control, contract administration, and commercial management for LTA projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and monthly cost reports.
• Handle tender documentation, BOQs, and subcontract procurement.
• Manage progress claims, variation orders, EOT submissions, and contractual correspondences.
• Conduct site measurements, valuations, and subcontractor claim assessments.
• Ensure compliance with LTA Conditions of Contract and project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and commercial teams.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in QS or related field.
• QS experience in civil or infrastructure projects; LTA experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
