· Taking off of quantities for building works

· To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source and negotiate price with suppliers and sub-contractors, etc.

· Project administration and documentation include preparation of sub-contract, VO, interim valuations and final account, etc.

· To handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues with clients

· To prepare shopdrawings, master programme, method statements and tender interview documents

· To maintain proper tender and project documentation

· To handle other assigned duties as required

Requirement

· Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction/Civil Engineering

· Able to work independently and under pressure

· Proactive and well organized

· Advanced AutoCad knowledge is required

· MS Projects knowledge is advantageous
