About the Company

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and pricing models for tenders.
• Review tender documents and identify commercial and cost risks.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor contracts, and variations.
• Administer contracts, support claims, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare valuations, payment applications, and monitor project budgets.
• Support site activities with progress reporting, QA/QC records, and HSEQ compliance.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• QS experience in civil or infrastructure projects.
• Candidate without experience can be considered, with relevant internship or educations.
• Candidate waiting for bonus are welcome to apply for further discussion.
• Candidate with other projects experience can be considered for other roles.
