Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Construction / Infrastructure)

We are a New Start up Company and we are Currently working with our client in Australia to provide engineering services.

Software skills like Microsoft office , CAD and Estimating software use are advantages.

We use Expert Estimate to estimate the tenders.
We also prepare take offs and organise market quotes for our client and help them in procurement process.

We intend to develop more clients across ASEAN Region.

Carry out quantity take-offs and cost estimation for tenders and projects

Prepare and submit tender documentation in a timely manner

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with specialists, suppliers, and subcontractors

Prepare, submit, and follow up on monthly progress claims

Finalise project accounts with clients and subcontractors

Candidates with M&E Quantity Surveying experience will have an added advantage

Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
