Responsibilities

• Support cost planning, budgeting, tender pricing, and project cost updates.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts for measurement and pricing.
• Review quotations and tender returns, and prepare commercial comparisons.
• Assist with negotiations involving subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Administer claims, variations, progress payments, EOT matters, and final accounts.
• Track project expenditure, cash flow, budget movement, and cost exposure.
• Check site progress, measurement records, and subcontractor payment claims.
• Maintain records for contracts, correspondence, claims, variations, and cost reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant quantity surveying experience within the construction sector.
• Familiarity with standard construction contract forms used in Singapore.
