Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Support tender pricing, submissions, and presentations.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review contracts and identify discrepancies or risks.
• Manage variation orders (VOs), progress claims, and final accounts.
• Assess and certify subcontractor claims.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure project delivery.

What we are looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in Singapore.
• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or plant-related projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of plants and landscaping materials is an advantage.
