Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates

• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures

• Review and analyse contracts, tender documents, and pricing schedules

• Work closely with the project manager and site team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery

• Handle procurement and manage subcontractors

• Prepare final accounts and ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

• 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry

• Knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and project management

• Strong proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
