Job Descriptions

• To prepare tender bids for submission on time.
• Quantity take off and asking for quotes from suppliers.
• Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior to tender submission
• Prepare notification for extension of time from any potential project delay
• Review and understand all drawings and specifications
• Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other parties
• Handle pre or post-tender procurement which includes sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
• Handle project administration and documentation, including preparation of sub-contract, Variation Orders, etc.

Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superiors.

Job Requirements :

• At least 3-5 years of ID / A&A work experience in Singapore
• Resourceful, and sensitive to numerical.
• Experience in participating in full interior fit-out projects.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Work well under tight submission deadlines.
• High sense of responsibility and integrity.

Bonus marks if you are...

• Proven experience in strong cost analysis, cost control, and cost planning.
