• Prepare Quotation
• Prepare Contract, VO and Final Account
• Compare Costing with Purchaser
• Submit Claims
• Budget Controlling
• Breakdown Final Claim and Financial Statement

Job Requirement:

• To have at least 5 years experience in Cladding & Facade works will be preferred
• To have a Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Construction Management
• Able to work under fast-paced environment
• Have good communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
