Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of quantity surveyor works i.e. tendering, quantity take-off, budget, price comparison, preparation of contracts / PO for sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers
• Call quotations, procurements and sourcing for new suppliers / sub-contractors
• Responsible for follow-up on claims certification, variations and settlement of final accounts with clients and sub-contractors
• Responsbile for preparation of warranties, submission of OMM and as-built drawings from Consultants, Specialist sub-contractors and suppliers to clients

Requirements:

• Degree in QS Studies or Buildings
• Minimum 2 years working experience with building contracts knowledge
• Possess initiative and be able to work independently
• Must have good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Reports to Director
