Job Responsibilities

        •        Prepare cost estimates, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and manage overall project cost control

        •        Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

        •        Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure cost and schedule objectives are met

        •        Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify work completed

        •        Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure accurate coordination and reporting

        •        Prepare, interpret, and amend drawings using AutoCAD or similar drafting software

        •        Assist in the preparation of contracts, reports, and project documentation

        •        Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

        •        Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related disciplines

        •        Relevant working experience is preferred (fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply)

        •        Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications

        •        Able to work 6 days per week and travel to construction sites when required

        •        Ability to communicate in Mandarin for work-related coordination with clients

        •        Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

        •        Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented
