• Reports to the Subcontracts Manager
• Carry out quantity take-off based on drawings
• Processing of payments and payment related tasks
• Review Subcontractor's payment claims and prepare payment response
• Budgetary review of Subcontractors claim issue
• Manage Subcontract issues from time to time

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Good communication with Clients/ Subcon/ Design/ Planning/ Construction team to deal with contract issues
• Negotiate with Subcontractors for settlement
• Continuous focus on site issues so that progress will not to be hindered by commercial issues
• Self-motivated and good leadership
