Job Description:

• Responsible for checking Tender Documents and preparing BOQ
• Handle on the Details Estimating.
• Sourcing of Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Prepare the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
• Make Cost Comparison.
• Prepare the Letter of Awards (LOA)
• Prepare Variation Orders (VO).
• Issue Payment Certificate.
• Maintain Proper Documents and Drawings.
• All other QS-related assignments

Job Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience with building construction
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Able to work independently
