Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for F&B projects
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing and price negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs, track budget utilisation, and control expenditure
• Administer contracts, including variations (VO) and cost adjustments
• Assess, evaluate, and certify progress claims and payments
• Provide accurate cost advice, reporting, and financial updates throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation, preferably within F&B, construction, or interior fit‑out projects
• Sound knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and contract administration
• Knowledge of Singapore construction and F&B market rates is an added advantage
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
