Job Scope

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates

Monitor and update project budgets

Prepare subcontract agreements and payment certificates

Attend tender briefings, site presentations, and project site meetings

Manage and administer construction contracts

Perform site measurements and material calculations

Use BIM, CAD, and relevant quantity surveying software

Job Requirements

Relevant construction or quantity surveying experience preferred.

Familiar with construction contracts and project workflows

Proficient in BIM, CAD, and quantity surveying software

Able to perform site measurement and material take-off
