Job Descriptions

• Laise with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the project.
• Coordinate with the construction and design teams to prepare documentation for Request for Quotation (RFQ) and open tenders.
• Assist the Project Control Manager and Cost Manager on quantity surveying matters related to subcontractors, work orders, and purchase orders.
• Manage project administration and documentation, including the preparation of interim valuations, pricing, agreement of contract variations, claims submissions, and final accounts.
• Source suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare price comparisons and cost summaries.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractors' process payments.
• interpret specifications and construction drawings accurately.
• Prepare project budgets and costing reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying with a main contractor.
• Experience in LTA or building projects will be an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
