Job Description

• Assist in preparing project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing and material specifications,
• Prepare and submit the shop drawing & other required documents
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts
• Assist with quantity measurements and cost estimation
• Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers
• To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting
• Assist in the preparation and closing of final accounts

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Candidate with adequate experience may be considered for senior role
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools and AutoCAD
