Job Description:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for tendering of subcontract packages, including sourcing and evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare subcontract agreements.
• Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to contract specifications, drawings, and budgets.
• Prepare and certify subcontractors’ payment claims.
• Evaluate and negotiate revisions, variations, and additions to contractual agreements with subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit variation orders, and reconcile quantities with the client’s quantity surveyor in accordance with contract requirements.
• Prepare monthly progress claims to the client and assist in developing cash flow forecasts for submission.
• Coordinate design changes with the design team and review potential variation claims to the client.
• Provide support during both the tendering process and project execution stages.
