Responsible for the monthly progress claim submission.
Coordinate with the site team to get the necessary documentation to facilitate the claim.
Day to day monitoring on the site progress in order to control the budget.
Follow up for the monthly claim certification from the client.
Responsible for the timely submission.
Communicate with the management time to time to control the sub-contractors cost estimates.
Responsible for negotiations with the subcontractors before engage them, make sure the budget is well monitored and maintained.
Control project scope to meet project objectives in order to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
Develop cost reduction strategies to enhance the overall value of the project.
Oversee and ensure compliance with standards.
Fully involve in the tender process and should be responsible to verify the contract documents are in place.
Prepare the cost analysis for the project in order to ensure the overall value is enhanced.
